Hello, I'm Karla!

I've always loved spending time with children, especially working one-on-one with struggling learners. I earned my Bachelor's of Education from Millersville University in Special Education (K-12) with a certification in Middle Level Math (7-9). After a few years of teaching, I earned my Master's Degree in Education (Curriculum and Best Practices) from Wilkes University. My husband also earned his Bachelor's and Master's in Education prior to starting our family. We now have three children and God has taken us on this unexpected journey of homeschool, something we never imagined! Through my education experience and passion for motherhood, education, and strong families, I support families who never imagined homeschooling but see the benefits and desire to do it well, without wearing themselves out in the process!

I come with nine years of teaching experience in PA public schools and eight years (so far!) of teaching my own children at home.

I provide the opportunity to journey with you and a community of other homeschool parents through my Lead Homeschool Well course. I provide PA homeschool evaluations as well as one-on-one support for your specific situation. It's a joy to support and encourage you!
